LAST PAGE of 1787 MOHAWK DEED to YOUNG FAMILY
This document is the last of a series of pages that make up what is known as the
"Mohawk Deed" which conrirmed title to the Youngs and others residing on the Grand
River.  In the document the Six Nations specifically mention Adam Young, John
Young, Daniel Young, and Hendrick Young.  As to the signators, the Aaron Hill on the
previous page was the cousin of, and the David Hill above was the uncle to, Lt. John
Young's wife Catharine Hill.  The document was located in the RG 10, Indian Affairs
Papers, in the National Archives of Canada.
