PATRICK CAMPBELL DIARY - 1793; Page 166
In February of 1792, Campbell stayed at the Mohawk Village and met many of the residents.  Clearly Campbell was impressed by Aaron HILL, and the stories he had heard about the latter's father Captain David.  Campbell indicated that Captain David died "about two years ago" (actually November 1790), and then describes the Six Nations inheritance patterns.  The next page provides more specific details.
